Through the development of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and the implementation of relevant policies and practices, it is hoped that the Foundation can mobilise thoughtful and meaningful action towards reconciliation in our organisation. Our reconciliation journey to date has involved deep interest from our team in committing to not only developing a Reflect RAP, launched December 2024, but subsequently embarking on a journey of reconciliation and implementing the identified actions. Our granting supports work led by various First Nations organisations and those working in genuine partnership with First Nations, that aligns with our strategic goals and outcomes, particularly regarding social justice.
