Each year, Impact100 Melbourne focuses on a social issue to direct its grants. This has previously included homelessness and supporting diversity in the Melbourne community.

Several events are hosted and based around this annual theme, enriching members with understanding about how their grant would bring about significant change.

Impact100 Melbourne is operates on a financial year. The area of focus for 2018-19 is Youth Homelessness.
