2024 Youth in Philanthropy Grant Recommendations

All Youth in Philanthropy committees must submit their grant recommendations for consideration by the Foundation’s Board. 

These recommendations must be submitted by Tuesday 30 July 2024. 

It is very important to submit your grant recommendations by this date to meet your committee’s obligation to provide recommendations to the Foundation’s Board.  

Things to note:

• Your committee has been allocated $10,000 from the Foundation’s grants budget to distribute to three eligible not-for-profit organisations that work in areas aligned with the Foundation's Impact Areas and the committee’s mission.
• A minimum of $1000 must be distributed to every not-for-profit organisation the committee engages with.  This accounts for the time and effort these organisations have taken in applying for the funding and meeting with the committee. 
• If your committee has undertaken fundraising activities, factor this in your allocation.
  • Any funds raised will need to be provided to the Foundation prior to or at the same time the grant recommendations are submitted.
