2024 Youth in Philanthropy Philanthropic Objective

Your Philanthropic Objective is the articulation of what your committee wishes to achieve through participation in Youth in Philanthropy. 

Creating a Philanthropic Objective for your committee helps ensure that as a group you are all working toward the same outcomes.  In developing your Philanthropic Objective, your committee could consider some or all of the following elements: 

• Why did you join YiP?  
• What do you think is the most important part of YiP?  
• What do you hope to accomplish this year?  
• What change do you want to see in your community because of your participation in YiP? 

When developing your Philanthropic Objective, try to make sure that everyone’s voices are heard.
