The Association of Civilian Widows recently made a donation of almost $1.1 million to their Charitable Trust account. Since 1956 the Associations’ members have raised funds to support sole parents meet their children’s school expenses and other essential needs. The donation ensures their legacy will be kept alive, perpetuating both the Association’s name and its mission.
